OOO “Прайм Спик”, was founded on the 27th May 2024. As of 6th of August we are officially fully licensed to teach all ages( No Л035-01285-25/01334966). We are committed to the pursuit of excellence in English education. Our innovative programs cater to a wide range of students, from preschoolers to adults, and are designed to build a strong foundation in English from an early age.

Our Team
Elena Melnikova
Elena is our Financial Director and a qualified accountant with broad experience across both the private and public sectors. She has worked with major organizations and currently serves as a senior accountant for the Vladivostok Philharmonic. At Prime Speak, Elena ensures our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and deep expertise play a key role in supporting the growth and stability of our school.
Mark Lowe
Mark is the Programs creator of Prime Speak and a native English speaker from Australia. He has over 20 years of teaching experience. With a background in education and teacher training, Mark has developed programs for children, teenagers, adults, and corporate clients. He has also lectured and conducted seminars at FEFU on various topics relating to teaching English. His focus is on practical English that helps students gain real confidence in speaking, listening, and understanding the language.
Kristina Osharova
Kristina is the Academic Director at Prime Speak. She is a highly qualified English language teacher with a degree in education and extensive experience in preparing students for Russian state exams, including ОГЭ and ЕГЭ. Kristina is also a respected member of the regional examination board for ЕГЭ, bringing expert knowledge and guidance to our programs. She oversees curriculum development and ensures that all our courses meet the highest academic standards.
Alicia Shcherbakova
Nikita Slepchenko
Nikita is one of our founding members and a dedicated English teacher. With four years of teaching experience, he brings strong language skills, a communicative teaching style, and an open-minded approach to every lesson. Before starting his teaching career, Nikita was a top officer cadet at one of Russia’s leading military universities. However, after an unexpected accident, his military career was abruptly cut short. He then chose education as his new path, seeing it as a way to inspire others and share his knowledge. Nikita’s quiet demeanor, combined with his discipline, commitment, and passion for helping students succeed, makes him a valued member of the Prime Speak team. He truly leads by example.
Margaret Sofronova
Victor Manuel Corona
Victor is a Co-founder of Prime Speak. Originally from Mexico, he holds a degree in International Commerce, a Master in Business Administration from Texas, and a master’s in Digital Politics from Vladivostok. Fluent in English and Spanish, Victor drives digital strategy, and operational development, building Prime Speak into a competitive and forward-thinking player in the education market.
